The Electric Ireland Irish Hockey Awards 2012.

The Electric Ireland Irish Hockey Awards took place this evening in the Alexander Hotel, Dublin. The sold out event was attended by many who support Irish Hockey including Brid Horan, Executive Director of Electric Ireland, RTE's Darragh Maloney (MC), guest speaker Enduroman Gerry Duffy, and representatives from a number of sporting bodies including the Sports Council of Northern Ireland and the Irish Institute of Sport.
Many clubs and hockey supporters joined us for the Awards Show on the night to celebrate outstanding talent and hockey family spirit which was displayed throughout the season. Irish Hockey also inducted four new legends into the Hall of Fame this evening, Noel Quinn (Queens University, Lisnagarvey, Ulster and Ireland), Eilish Macken (Knock, Pegasus, Ulster and Ireland); Laura Dobbs (Muckross, Leinster and Ireland), and Mark Sinnamon (Banbridge, Ulster and Ireland).

Samurai Senior Men's Club Player of the Year
