Competition days are as follows:
Regional Stages: Sat 17th & Sun 18th December and Sat 7th & Sun 8th January
Finals Weekend: 14th & 15th January (Gormanstown Co Meath & NBA Tallaght)
There are four regional groups with each team playing against each other round robin style. The top two teams of Groups 1; 2 & 4 will automatically advance to the finals day together with the winner of Group 3.
