Women's Irish Hockey Challenge - About

Is an open draw format for which all remaining 1st XI teams not in the ISC / IHT can enter plus 2nd XI's from South East and Connacht whose 1st XI's enter in the Trophy.

This tournament up until 2008 was called the May Costley Cup The May Costley Cup had its origins in the promotion of women's junior hockey teams and clubs and is hence named after May Costley, who devoted many years to the development of this important area of the game.
